CRM is a strategy for managing a company's interactions with customers, clients and sales prospects. It involves using technology to organize, automate, and synchronize business processes - principally sales activities, but also those for marketing, customer service, and technical support. The CRM provides service qualification that helps determine what can be provided to the customer based on the customer's premise location and available plant facilities for that area.

Point of Sale

Point of Sale handles interactive financial transactions with outside entities using interfaces invoked from within the application. The POS and Service Order modules will update customer balances and record transactions for drawer settlements, customer billing or adjustments, gift certificated, and credit/debit card processing.
